Kahveee’yi kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uzun değil; okumaya değer.
1. Taraflar ve kapsam
Bu koşullar, Kahveee uygulamasını işleten Kahveee (“biz”) ile uygulamayı kullanan kişi (“siz”) arasındaki sözleşmedir. Uygulamayı indirip hesap açtığınızda bu koşullar yürürlüğe girer.
Kahveee 18 yaşını doldurmuş kişiler içindir. Hesap açarak 18 yaşından büyük olduğunuzu beyan etmiş olursunuz. 18 yaşından küçük olduğunu öğrendiğimiz hesapları kapatır ve verilerini sileriz.
Uygulamayı yalnızca kendi adınıza kullanabilirsiniz. Bir kişinin birden fazla hesap açması yasaktır.
3. Hesabınız
Hesap, Google hesabınızla giriş yapılarak açılır. Google hesabınızın güvenliği sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
Hesabınızı başkasına devredemez, satamaz, kiralayamaz veya kullandıramazsınız.
Hesabınızla yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınıza izinsiz erişildiğini düşünüyorsanız derhâl info@kahveee.com adresine yazın.
Görünen adınız ve profil fotoğrafınız diğer oyunculara görünür. Başkasını yanıltacak, hakaret içeren veya başkasının kimliğine bürünen bir ad kullanamazsınız.
4. Çay
Çay, Kahveee içindeki oyun parasıdır. Masaya oturmak, yanınca yeniden girmek ve kazanmak çay ile olur.
Çayın gerçek dünyada hiçbir değeri yoktur. Çay para değildir, para yerine geçmez ve elektronik para ya da ödeme aracı değildir. Şunların hiçbiri mümkün değildir:
Çayı paraya, altına, kripto varlığa veya başka bir değere çevirmek,
Çayı nakde dönüştürmek, çekmek veya iade almak,
Çayı başka bir kullanıcıya devretmek, satmak veya hediye etmek,
Çay karşılığında uygulamanın dışında bir kazanç elde etmek.
Kazandığınız çay yalnızca oyunun içinde oynamaya yarar. Kahveee bir kumar veya bahis hizmeti değildir; hiçbir oyunda gerçek para ödülü yoktur.
Çay üzerinde mülkiyet hakkı kazanmazsınız; hesabınıza tanınan, sınırlı ve devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı edinirsiniz. Hesabınız kapandığında veya sildiğinizde çayınız da sona erer ve karşılığında herhangi bir ödeme yapılmaz.
Oyunun dengesini korumak için masa giriş bedelleri, kasa payı, günlük çay ve referans ödülü gibi tutarları zaman zaman değiştirebiliriz. Halihazırda oynanan bir maçın koşulları maç bitene kadar değişmez.
5. Satın almalar
Çay satın alma işlemi tamamen Google Play veya App Store içinde gerçekleşir. Ödemeyi biz almayız; kart bilgileriniz bize hiç ulaşmaz.
Satın aldığınız çay, ödeme mağaza tarafından doğrulandıktan hemen sonra hesabınıza geçer.
Satın alınan çay elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen bir hizmettir. Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği’nin 15. maddesi uyarınca bu tür hizmetlerde cayma hakkı bulunmaz.
İade talepleri, satın almayı gerçekleştirdiğiniz mağazanın (Google veya Apple) kendi iade kurallarına tabidir ve o mağazaya yapılır. Mağaza bir iadeyi onaylarsa, iadeye konu çay hesabınızdan geri alınır; bu bakiyenizi eksiye düşürebilir.
Bir satın almada sorun yaşarsanız önce mağazaya, çözülmezse info@kahveee.com adresine yazın.
6. Oyunun işleyişi
Yunan Yanığı’nın kuralları uygulamanın içinde yazılıdır. Birkaç noktayı burada da söylemek gerekiyor:
Kurallar sunucuda işler. Kartların dağıtımı, süreler ve sonuç sunucuda hesaplanır; uygulama yalnızca gösterir. Bu, kimsenin cihazına müdahale ederek avantaj sağlayamaması içindir.
Deste kriptografik rastgelelikle karılır ve karılmış sıra kaydedilir; bir anlaşmazlıkta el yeniden kurulabilir.
Süreler mutlaktır. Hamle süreniz dolarsa sistem sizin yerinize kart çeker ve rastgele bir kart atar; bu seçim jokerinizi asla atmaz. İnternet bağlantınızın kopması, telefonunuzun kapanması veya uygulamayı arka plana almanız süreyi durdurmaz.
Kısa kopmalarda koltuğunuz sizindir. Bağlantınız koparsa koltuğunuz otuz saniye boyunca tutulur; bu sürede dönerseniz masanın son hâli size yeniden gönderilir ve kaldığınız yerden oynarsınız. Saat bu sırada da işler — yokluğunuzda geçen süreler geçmiş sayılır.
Otuz saniyeyi aşan kopmada masadan düşersiniz. Kartlarınız oyundan çıkar, ödediğiniz çay potta kalır ve o maça geri dönemezsiniz. Masadan kendi isteğinizle kalkmanız da aynı sonucu verir. Bunun sebebi, masada dört kişinin daha oyunun sürmesini bekliyor olmasıdır.
7. Sohbet ve davranış
Lobi sohbeti herkese açıktır. Yazdıklarınızdan siz sorumlusunuz. Şunlar yasaktır:
Hakaret, küfür, tehdit, taciz ve hedef göstermek,
Irk, dil, din, cinsiyet, cinsel yönelim, engellilik veya benzeri bir sebeple ayrımcılık ve nefret söylemi,
Başkasının kişisel bilgilerini paylaşmak,
Reklam, tanıtım, bağlantı paylaşımı ve her türlü istenmeyen ileti,
Çay veya hesap alım satımı teklif etmek,
Suç oluşturan veya suça teşvik eden içerik.
Uygunsuz bir mesajı uygulamanın içinden bildirebilirsiniz. Bildirilen mesajları inceler, gerekirse kaldırır ve yazan hesabın sohbet hakkını kısıtlar veya hesabını kapatırız. Kaldırılmasını istediğiniz bir içeriği info@kahveee.com adresine de bildirebilirsiniz.
8. Yasak davranışlar
Yukarıdakilere ek olarak şunları yapamazsınız:
Uygulamayı veya sunucuyu tersine mühendislikle çözmek, değiştirmek, kopyalamak,
Oyunu otomatik oynayan bot, betik veya yardımcı araç kullanmak,
Uygulamanın güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak, sunucuya yetkisiz erişmek veya aşırı yük bindirmek,
Birden fazla hesap açmak veya başkalarıyla anlaşarak masada birlikte hareket etmek,
Bir hatadan (bug) yararlanarak haksız çay elde etmek. Böyle bir hatayı fark ederseniz bildirin; kötüye kullanmayın.
Bir güvenlik açığı bulursanız info@kahveee.com adresine yazın. İyi niyetle bildirilen açıklar için teşekkür ederiz.
9. Kısıtlama ve hesabın kapatılması
Bu koşulların ihlal edildiğini tespit edersek hesabın sohbet hakkını kısıtlayabilir, hileyle elde edilmiş çayı geri alabilir veya hesabı kapatabiliriz. Ağır ihlallerde — hile, başkasının hesabını ele geçirme, suç oluşturan içerik — kapatma doğrudan yapılır.
Hesabı kapatılan kullanıcının bakiyesindeki çay için herhangi bir ödeme yapılmaz; çayın gerçek bir değeri olmadığı için bu bir mal varlığı kaybı değildir.
Kararın hatalı olduğunu düşünüyorsanız info@kahveee.com adresine yazarak itiraz edebilirsiniz.
10. Hesabınızı kendiniz silmek
Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman, uygulamanın içinden, bize sormadan silebilirsiniz. Silme geri alınamaz: çayınız, oyun geçmişiniz ve mesajlarınız dâhil sizi tanımlayan her şey gider. Neyin gittiği ve neyin kimseyi göstermeyecek hâlde kaldığı Gizlilik Politikası’nda tek tek yazılıdır.
Hâlen oynanan bir masada oturuyorsanız silme o an yapılmaz; maç bittikten sonra tekrar deneyebilirsiniz.
11. Hizmette değişiklik ve kesinti
Kahveee’yi geliştirmeye devam ediyoruz. Özellikler ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Bakım, arıza, saldırı ya da sağlayıcılarımızdan kaynaklanan sebeplerle hizmet geçici olarak kesilebilir. Hizmeti tamamen sonlandırmamız hâlinde bunu makul bir süre önceden uygulama içinde duyururuz.
12. Fikri mülkiyet
Kahveee adı, logosu, arayüz tasarımı, grafikleri, sesleri, metinleri ve yazılımı bize aittir ve telif hakkıyla korunur. Uygulamayı kullanmanız size bunlar üzerinde bir hak vermez; yalnızca kişisel kullanım için sınırlı, devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı tanır.
Sohbette yazdığınız mesajlar sizindir. Bu mesajları, yalnızca uygulamanın içinde gösterebilmemiz ve gerektiğinde inceleyebilmemiz için kullanma hakkını bize vermiş olursunuz.
13. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Kahveee’yi elimizden gelen özenle işletiyoruz; ancak hizmetin kesintisiz ve hatasız olacağını taahhüt edemeyiz. İnternet bağlantınızın kopması, cihazınızın kapanması, mağazaların veya bildirim servislerinin kesintiye uğraması gibi bizim dışımızdaki sebeplerden doğan kayıplardan sorumlu değiliz.
Bu madde, kanunun sorumluluğun kaldırılmasına izin vermediği hâlleri — kastımız veya ağır ihmalimiz ile tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı — kapsamaz; o hâllerde kanun ne diyorsa o geçerlidir.
14. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlık
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır.
Tüketici sıfatıyla uygulamayı kullanıyorsanız, uyuşmazlıklarda parasal sınırlara göre yerleşim yerinizdeki Tüketici Hakem Heyeti veya Tüketici Mahkemesi yetkilidir. Bu, kanunun size tanıdığı bir haktır ve bu sözleşmeyle daraltılamaz.
Mahkemeye gitmeden önce info@kahveee.com adresine yazmanızı rica ederiz; sorunların çoğu orada çözülüyor.
15. Koşullarda değişiklik
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel metin her zaman bu adreste yayımlanır ve en üstteki tarih değişir. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde ayrıca duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir; kabul etmiyorsanız hesabınızı silebilirsiniz.

This is a translation, provided for convenience. The is the one that has legal effect.
1. Parties and scope
These terms are the agreement between Kahveee (“we”), who runs the Kahveee app, and the person using it (“you”). They take effect when you install the app and open an account.
How your personal data is handled is set out in two separate documents: the Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Notice. Both form part of these terms.
2. Who may use it
Kahveee is for people aged 18 and over. By opening an account you state that you are over 18. Where we learn that an account holder is under 18 we close the account and delete its data.
You may use the app only in your own name. One person opening more than one account is not allowed.
3. Your account
An account is opened by signing in with your Google account. The security of that Google account is yours to look after.
You may not transfer, sell, rent out or lend your account.
You are responsible for what is done through your account. If you think somebody else has got into it, write to info@kahveee.com at once.
Your display name and profile picture are visible to other players. You may not use a name that misleads, insults, or impersonates somebody else.
4. Cay
Cay is the in-game currency of Kahveee. Sitting at a table, rebuying after a burn, and winning are all done in cay.
Cay has no value in the real world. Cay is not money, does not stand in for money, and is neither electronic money nor a means of payment. None of the following is possible:
converting cay into money, gold, crypto-assets or any other thing of value,
cashing cay out, withdrawing it, or getting a refund of it,
transferring, selling or gifting cay to another user,
obtaining any gain outside the app in return for cay.
The cay you win is good for playing inside the game and nothing else. Kahveee is not a gambling or betting service; no game carries a real-money prize.
You do not acquire ownership of cay; you acquire a limited, non-transferable right to use what is credited to your account. When your account is closed or you delete it, your cay ends with it and nothing is paid in return.
To keep the game balanced we may change amounts such as table entry fees, the house share, the daily cay and the referral reward from time to time. The terms of a match already being played do not change until it ends.
5. Purchases
Buying cay happens entirely inside Google Play or the App Store. We do not take the payment; your card details never reach us.
The cay you buy is credited to your account as soon as the store has verified the payment.
Cay bought this way is a service performed instantly by electronic means. Under article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services of this kind.
Refund requests are governed by the rules of the store you bought from (Google or Apple) and are made to that store. If a store approves a refund, the cay it covers is taken back from your account; this can leave your balance below zero.
If something goes wrong with a purchase, write to the store first and, if that does not settle it, to info@kahveee.com.
6. How the game runs
The rules of Yunan Yanığı are written inside the app. A few points belong here as well:
The rules run on the server. Dealing, timing and the result are all worked out on the server; the app only shows them. This is so that nobody can gain an advantage by tampering with their device.
The deck is shuffled with cryptographic randomness and the shuffled order is recorded, so a hand can be rebuilt if there is a dispute.
Time is absolute. If your turn runs out, the system draws for you and throws a card at random; that choice will never throw your joker. Losing your connection, your phone shutting down, or putting the app into the background do not stop the clock.
A short disconnection keeps your seat. If your connection drops, your seat is held for thirty seconds; come back within that and the current state of the table is sent to you again and you play on. The clock runs through it — time passed in your absence has passed.
A disconnection longer than thirty seconds drops you from the table. Your cards leave the game, the cay you paid stays in the pot, and you cannot return to that match. Standing up from the table yourself has the same result. The reason is that four other people at the table are waiting for the game to go on.
7. Chat and conduct
The lobby chat is public. What you write there is yours to answer for. The following are not allowed:
insults, swearing, threats, harassment and singling people out,
discrimination and hate speech on grounds such as race, language, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability,
sharing somebody else’s personal information,
advertising, promotion, link-dropping and unsolicited messages of any kind,
offering to buy or sell cay or accounts,
content that is a criminal offence or encourages one.
You can report an unsuitable message from inside the app. We review reported messages and, where needed, remove them and restrict or close the account that wrote them. You can also report content you want removed to info@kahveee.com.
8. What you may not do
In addition to the above, you may not:
reverse-engineer, modify or copy the app or the server,
use bots, scripts or helper tools that play the game for you,
attempt to get around the app’s security, reach the server without authorisation, or overload it,
open more than one account, or act together with others at a table by arrangement,
exploit a bug to gain cay you are not owed. If you notice one, report it; do not use it.
If you find a security flaw, write to info@kahveee.com. Flaws reported in good faith are appreciated.
9. Restriction and closure
Where we establish that these terms have been broken, we may restrict the account’s chat access, take back cay obtained by cheating, or close the account. For serious breaches — cheating, taking over somebody’s account, criminal content — closure is immediate.
No payment is made for the cay in a closed account’s balance; because cay has no real value, this is not a loss of property.
If you believe the decision was wrong, you can object by writing to info@kahveee.com.
10. Deleting your account yourself
You can delete your account at any time, from inside the app, without asking us. Deletion cannot be undone: everything that identifies you goes, including your cay, your game history and your messages. What goes and what stays in a form that points at nobody is set out one by one in the Privacy Policy.
If you are sitting at a table that is still being played, the deletion does not happen then; try again once the match has ended.
11. Changes and interruptions to the service
We are still building Kahveee. We may add features, change them or remove them. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, faults, attacks or reasons arising with our providers. If we shut the service down altogether, we will say so inside the app a reasonable time beforehand.
12. Intellectual property
The Kahveee name, logo, interface design, graphics, sounds, text and software are ours and are protected by copyright. Using the app gives you no rights over them; it gives you a limited, non-transferable right of use for your own purposes.
The messages you write in chat are yours. You give us the right to use them only so that we can display them inside the app and review them where needed.
13. Limits of liability
We run Kahveee with all the care we can. Even so, we cannot undertake that the service will be uninterrupted or free of faults. We are not liable for losses arising from causes outside us, such as your connection dropping, your device shutting down, or the stores or notification services being interrupted.
This clause does not cover the cases in which the law does not permit liability to be excluded — our intent or gross negligence, and your rights under consumer law. In those cases the law governs.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.
If you are using the app as a consumer, disputes fall, according to the monetary thresholds, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court of your own place of residence. That is a right the law gives you and this agreement cannot narrow it.
Before going to court, please write to info@kahveee.com; most problems are settled there.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current text is always published here and the date at the top changes with it. If a change is significant, we will also say so inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms; if you do not accept them, you can delete your account.
